Bafte, The Sleep Store, is a chain of Mattress Stores currently operating in the United Arab Emirates and in India. Started in January 2005 as single store in the Capital City of Abudhabi in the United Arab Emirates, as a single mattress store in the name and style of Bu Adel Furniture & Textile Establishment (BAFTE), it soon opened its second store in the Commercial City of Dubai in August 2007. In 2008, Bafte Opened its third store in the city of Ras Al Khaima and in 2009 January a fourth store was opened in Khalifa City near Abudhabi Airport and in August 2008 its first overseas franchisee store in India was opened in Chennai as a shop in Shop within a home furnishing store.
